For World Mental Health Day 2024, we launched A Trying Time, a groundbreaking research study and social movement that shines a spotlight on the overlooked mental toll of the preconception phase. This campaign, informed by a national survey, revealed that anxiety and overwhelm are the most common emotions experienced by women navigating the ‘trying phase,’ while connection with family and friends emerges as the most valuable form of support.

The campaign, which came to life across digital landing page, social and influencer partnerships, aimed to reduce feelings of isolation for women on their fertility journey. We gave actionable steps to support the women in your life who are trying, and even created a limited edition t-shirt that sparked a wave of support online.
